Description: Lone Rock Homeschool Group is a Christian-based homeschool co-op & ministry of Lone Rock Bible Church. We are an “open” homeschool group and invite Christians, as well as non-Christians to attend. The program is for elementary through middle school-aged children & their families. (Other family members may attend as well.) We learn about things together that are not as easily pursued at home (e.g. science experiments, art, drama, skills, hobbies, hands-on activities). We always seek to make learning fun and interesting, and always SHOW more than TELL. Homeschool children will find a place to make friends in this group. It is a social network for the kids as well as for the parents. We also schedule field trips & do some ministry outreach.
